    • Apartment 17 sleeps up to 6 guests spaciously in private bedrooms and is finished to the highest specification. Newly built in 2007, this south facing duplex apartment has a decked balcony overlooking the main marina.  The private ground floor entrance leads to the first floor open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The twin bedroom with ensuite is also at this level.  A further set of stairs lead to the upper floor master bedroom with ensuite, addiitonal double bedroom and house bathroom.  All rooms overlook the main marina to the lake beyond. All linen and towels are provided.  Apartment 17 benefits from two allocated parking spaces.
