Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are permitted on site. We currently have five cottages allocated to guest who wish to bring up to two dogs on holiday with them. The remainder of our properties are pet free.
Where can I park?
All properties have one allocated parking space outside the front door; additional parking onsite is available on a first come first serve basis.
What's included in the price?
- All linen and towels including dish cloths and tea towels
- Dishwasher powder and washing liquid
- Toilet roll and kitchen roll
- Electricity for bookings of 5 nights or less
- Complimentary use of local Leisure Club
What's not included in the price?
- Towels for use in the leisure club
- Electricity for bookings of 6 nights or more
What happens if I arrive when reception is closed?
Reception closes at 5:30pm. Your keys are available to collect at any time by prior arrangement. Please contact reception prior to your arrival to make arrangements to collect keys.
What time can I check in?
Check in is from 4pm, you are welcome to register and use the facilities on site before check in.
What time do I need to check out?
Check out is prior to 10am. A charge may be payable for late checkout.
Do the properties have disabled facilities?
None of the properties have disabled facilities, although ground floor apartments have disabled access. For further information please contact the reservations team.
Is there a cot in the property?
Travel cots, stair gates and highchairs can be provided. During busy periods it may be necessary to pre order these items, charges are applicable.
Is there central heating in the property?
The cottages are heated with storage heaters and the apartments have gas central heating.
Is there a washing machine in my property?
All apartments have washer/ dryers. There is a coin operated laundry onsite with both washing and drying machines available for cottage guests.
Which appliances are in the property?
All properties have fully fitted kitchens including full size fridge and freezer, microwave and dishwasher. DVD players, CD players, hairdryers, radio alarm clock, iron and ironing boards are also provided.
Is there a shop on-site?
Yes, it is open from 8:30am daily, for closing times please contact the shop on 015394 43943.
Where are you on the Lake?
Situated in the centre of the Lake, Windermere Marina Village is less than a mile south of the main Lakeside town of Bowness,
adjacent to the car ferry. This fantastic, central location means that Windermere Marina Village is superbly located for all the
amenities available on the Lake and in surrounding area.
